Speed Slow Down presents: Mama + Baby Flow with Encircle Movement

Fourth Fridays, 10 - 11:30 AM 

A slow, grounded movement class for you and your baby. Expect mostly floor-based movement, with some standing poses you can do while holding your baby. We’ll open the hips, shoulders, and spine, ease tension from feeding and carrying, and make space for breath, rest, and connection.  

Your baby is welcome exactly as they are: crying, feeding, napping, or needing to be held. Step away and come back whenever you need. Designed for newborns and pre-mobile babies, with all props provided. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, and anything you and baby need to be comfortable. Stay for light snacks, tea/coffee, and conversation. Restrooms with changing stations are nearby, a dedicated and private nursing room is onsite, and the museum is stroller accessible.  

Come tired, come late, come as you are. 

Your ticket includes gallery access because it's never too early to introduce your baby to art! Galleries are stroller accessible; see a gallery attendant for help.
